MEET JANE ATHERTON (FCIPD)


Jane is our lead consultant and is a knowledgeable People Director with a successful career spanning Organisational Development and Human Resources.

 

She has a proven track record of working with Executives and Boards, combining strategic thinking and interpersonal skills to develop the right operating model, culture, people and processes.

"Jane has worked with mhs homes providing strategic organisational development advice and consultancy. This has been in support of our organisation wide transformation programme which covers culture, people, process and system change. 

 

A key part of this has been coaching and mentoring for the executive team and the broader leadership group. Within the group there are very different styles and levels of comfort with ambiguity and change. Jane’s approach is to encourage self reflection and self management. She is calm, non directive but make no mistake, she is challenging. As a result of her coaching, individuals within the team have developed greater self awareness, confidence and change management skills, as well as greater insight into their own styles, the impact on others and the benefits of themselves adopting a more coaching style. We have also developed as a more cohesive team.
